John (Mack) Ferguson is President – Americas, where he manages Stern Stewart & Co.’s consulting operations across the US, Canada, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Mack has advised with Stern Stewart & Co. for over 16 years, and has been involved with the implementation of value based management and EVA^® to well over 150 domestic and international companies. Mack oversees a broad portfolio of project work involving the design and implementation of value based strategies, management systems and incentive compensation practices, as well as corporate financial advisory services in portfolio analysis and valuation, financial strategy, and operational and financial restructuring.

Mack has extensive experience in providing EVA^® and corporate financial advisory at major companies in the United States and Canada, Latin America, and the Caribbean. He has broad experience with companies engaged in the consumer products, manufacturing, food processing and distribution, beverage, communications and telecommunications, banking and insurance, energy, forest products, mining and metals, chemicals, retailing and environmental industries.
